I would like to give my feedback on your service concerning my late mothers property in Caister. It’s always a stressful time when selling and buying a property as you will know, but I have to say the lady I have been dealing with has been very helpful, as much as she can be, which is Laura. She is so lovely to speak to on the phone and always keeps me posted about what’s going on with the sale of my mums bungalow. I did have a brief few phone calls with Michelle who was also friendly, but mainly Laura. I think I have spoken to Laura more times than I talk to my friends! But she is great and I want to thank her so much for the help and the least stress possible, she is a credit to your company, a huge thank you.
