I am writing this short note to thank the Gt Yarmouth Team, in particular Laura Allerton, Senior Negotiator, for all their help and assistance in relation to the recent purchase of a property to let (Audley Street, Yarmouth). The team members I spoke to were extremely helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Laura in particular was an ‘absolute star’ and answered my many questions and queries in a timely and professional manner. Even after I had completed on the purchase and had a few follow up questions, Laura was still pleased to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much in making what is sometimes a frustrating and difficult process, a quick and pleasurable one. The Yarmouth Team are a credit to your Company and I have already given your details to two of my friends who are relocating to Norfolk in the near future. I hope to deal with you again when in a year’s time I might look to purchase a second property to let out.

After having little or no interest in our property which was marketed with another agent for two years we decided to change agents to Bycrofts. Laura was fantastic and arranged several viewings straightaway. We had more interest in the first couple of days Bycrofts were instructed than we had in the two years the property was marketed with the other agent. Clearly the other agent lacked enthusiasm. Bycrofts arranged and attended all the viewings themselves and a sale was agreed within a couple of weeks. I can’t recommend Laura and Michele highly enough. Laura was on the ball and provided us with regular updates. All the staff at Bycrofts are friendly and fantastic to deal with. Definately recommend to anyone selling and I won’t hesitate to use Bycrofts again in the future!

During this arduous house search we can whole hearted say that our dealings with Bycroft have been nothing but courteous, helpful, honest and very polite – dare we say ‘old school’ with manners that accompany such a phrase. As buy to let investors we have had dealings with Bycroft Estate Agents for a number of years now. We have always found them very professional, accommodating and informative. They have become to know the type of properties we look for and have always been in touch with the details to ensure we are aware of the sale.
