During this arduous house search we can whole hearted say that our dealings with Bycroft have been nothing but courteous, helpful, honest and very polite – dare we say ‘old school’ with manners that accompany such a phrase. Sadly we cannot say the same for our dealings with another agent who were evasive and very misleading and consistently failed to return our calls. It was this behaviour that lead to our ultimate withdrawal of offer. We can only thank you for making the house purchase painless and would not hesitate to recommend your services to any of our friends.
