I recently purchased a house through your agency, and I must say how professional the contact person (Michele) was. It turned out to be a challenging purchase and throughout the contact was calm and reassuring, providing information and advice at all stages. The response time for questions being answered was very quick, and if the answer was not easily to hand this was also communicated. For customer service this is very important as it is reassuring to know that although the answer to a question is not readily known there is someone working on it. All in all a pleasure to deal with.
