I would like to thank you Louise and Michele, as our current residential dealings come to a close, for what has been an absolutely first rate experience throughout. (our tenant) had mentioned in an earlier email (to Bycrofts) as our being a ‘1st class landlord’ and I had reciprocated by saying he was a ‘1st class tenant’. I believe it implicit, if not reasonable to assume, for such compliments to be so freely made, that betwixt the two, was a ‘1st class letting agent’.
