I would like to give my feedback on your service concerning my late mothers property in Caister.   It’s always a stressful time when selling and buying a property as you will know, but I have to say the lady I have been dealing with has been very helpful, as much as she can be, which is Laura.  She is so lovely to speak to on the phone and always keeps me posted about what’s going on with the sale of my mums bungalow.  I did have a brief few phone calls with Michelle who was also friendly, but mainly Laura.  I think I have spoken to Laura more times than I talk to my friends! But she is great and I want to thank her so much for the help and the least stress possible, she is a credit to your company, a huge thank you.

We have recently sold our property with Bycroft in Great Yarmouth. From the start we have received an excellent professional service. The valuation and photos were very good and the write up on our property. Advertising our property in the local paper, shop window, social media and right move. Laura Allerton senior negotiator was prompt and very efficient nothing was a problem. We never had to wait for answers, communication was super and above all, the team at Bycroft are approachable and friendly. If a problem happened Laura went out of her way to solve it and she did. We brought our first property with Bycroft 13 years ago and they provided an excellent service then, we went on to sell this property 8 years ago with another estate agent who did not provide a very good service. When we decided to sell our existing property, Bycroft came top of the list and would use again.
