I have recently used Bycrofts to sell my property and both Laura and Michele in the office couldn’t have done any more for us. They were very helpful and co-ordinated our sale with our Solicitors in a very professional manner. They worked hard for their commission and the fees were very reasonable. Well worth the money. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell a property.

It turned out to be a challenging purchase and throughout the contact was calm and reassuring, providing information and advice at all stages. The response time for questions being answered was very quick, and if the answer was not easily to hand this was also communicated. For customer service this is very important as it is reassuring to know that although the answer to a question is not readily known there is someone working on it. All in all a pleasure to deal with.

Ms F, Gorleston-on-Sea – 15 May 2015After having little or no interest in our property which was marketed with another agent for two years we decided to change agents to Bycrofts. Laura was fantastic and arranged several viewings straightaway. We had more interest in the first couple of days Bycrofts were instructed than we had in the two years the property was marketed with the other agent. Clearly the other agent lacked enthusiasm. Bycrofts arranged and attended all the viewings themselves and a sale was agreed within a couple of weeks. I can’t recommend Laura and Michele highly enough. Laura was on the ball and provided us with regular updates. All the staff at Bycrofts are friendly and fantastic to deal with. Definately recommend to anyone selling and I won’t hesitate to use Bycrofts again in the future!

During this arduous house search we can whole hearted say that our dealings with Bycroft have been nothing but courteous, helpful, honest and very polite – dare we say ‘old school’ with manners that accompany such a phrase. Sadly we cannot say the same for our dealings with another agent who were evasive and very misleading and consistently failed to return our calls. It was this behaviour that lead to our ultimate withdrawal of offer. We can only thank you for making the house purchase painless and would not hesitate to recommend your services to any of our friends.
