I will be totally honest and say that we struggled in the beginning and I was sceptical about remaining with Bycroft’s as our agent over some niggles. However, I must stress that once I raised my issues Laura she was very quick to respond and rectify the situation. I think this say’s a lot about Bycroft’s that they worked really hard (Well Laura did in particular) to put us back on course and deliver a service I am now really pleased with; I am not sure another agent would have responded in the same way with such direct and positive action. Laura then ensured all went to plan and kept me updated daily, sometimes even hourly when necessary! More importantly, she found the right buyer for us, not just ‘a buyer’, I think that’s important to point this out to anyone shopping around for agents, as we needed a quick and relatively fuss free sale because we had so much other stuff going on around the sale of this property. This went a long way to managing the stress and strain of moving which is what I feel the agent should be involved with doing. I felt their fees were also reasonable and I would feel happy recommending Bycroft’s in the future. Thanks again.
